Muffin Tin Meals- Lots o’ Leftovers

I wanted to be creative today (even starting coming up with ideas for a “Letter A” tin), but we’ve got so many leftovers in the fridge I felt it would be better to try to use up some of those instead. So that’s what I did. A little smorgasbord of leftovers:

Lots o' Leftovers Tin

(Clockwise from top left) Bananas, enchilada casserole, chicken chow mein, bacon/tomato/sour cream dip, crackers, broccoli bites

At first I thought the tin was going over well. After all, Kyla dug right in. But it turns out she was taking a lesson from Lucas in previous weeks. She just wanted to rearrange the cups.

They did eat a little, but not as much as usual.

  1. This is a great MTM for honoring Earth Day- you are recycling! The dip looks yummy!

I love your leftovers! I wish my fridge contained some of these.

  3. We rarely have leftovers as my husband either takes them for lunch or eats the whole meal up before any can be saved. lol Looks super yummy though.
